Shipping Terms

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 1-2 days to process your order. Expect an email latest within 1-2 days to let you know your order is on the way.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 days using your preferred forwarder. Post's delivery standards is 3 - 5 days within the EU. Flat rate shipping fee applies to orders shipping to all locations and are informed on the checkout page based on the destination country and shipping preference.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international global shipping. If your country is not on the drop down list of destinations on the checkout page, please email us at hello@piximakey.com for us to arrange your shipping manually.

For countries outside EU standard delivery conditions for international shipping can vary depending on the chosen destination. You can always check the status of your delivery throught the tracking link in your orderconfirmation sent to your email.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Piximakey is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@piximakey.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
